I've designed products for Butternut Box, Gumtree, Whereby, Specsavers and Wellcome Trust, always with a strong research core because the best ideas start with understanding people.

I love discovery, design systems and creating thoughtful digital experiences. I use AI tools where they genuinely help, whether that’s exploring ideas or speeding up parts of my workflow, but I still believe great design comes from talking to people, understanding their needs and knowing when technology isn’t the answer.

I bring curiosity, empathy and a slightly unhealthy commitment to tea and cheese-flavoured crisps to every workshop, although one particularly ill-fated session taught me that not every snack belongs in a room full of designers.
